I purchased a big Bertha driver and got it on sale. Played a couple months and pulled it out of the bag one weekend and noticed a paint chip on the top of the head. After hitting a few drives there was actually a hole and the paint chipped away to reveal it. I called customer services and told them that I would be taking it to my local Shop and they said they would be waiting to hear from them. Best product on market backed behind the best customer service. They are replacing my Razr Black driver with the XR driver. I asked about the flex options because I have a high swing speed and they are upgrading me to the XR PRO. Big thanks Callaway. CSR Tyler was very helpful.

Best clubs I have ever used. I tried a different brand a few years ago but I had to switch back. I'll always be faithful to my Callaway's!
Great brand all across the board. Very forgiving, and nice to look at. Drivers and three woods are the best in my opinion. They sound so pure and are long!
