Great products, sketchy service. I have owned 3 callaway iron sets, each fantastic with varying personalities. I have also owned 3 callaway drivers, all long and exceptionally controllable clubs. Recently however I have been trying to purchase a bb alpha driver from callaway, but they will not provide a custom shaft as their sales people only want to sell me the stock offerings. I love my Razr's. Great company.
Customer support is amazing. Their products are mostly amazing. The only beef I have with my favorite golf company is the new bag they sent me. My amazing Callaway bag strap ripped after a year and a half and they happily sent me a brand new model free of charge. I hate to complain about free stuff but the new bag kind of sucks. Unfortunately they don't make the old bag I had anymore but if they did I would recommend it to everyone.
