Callaway's customer service does not live up to its brand reputation. They aren't into helping solve problems they created. If you order something and the product is out of stock they just send you whatever they see fit without any notice to you. Their answer to correcting it....nothing. Your left dealing with the problem and doing all the leg work.
Number one irons apex forged
I had good thoughts about Callaway Golf until a few weeks ago when they dropped support for their uPro GPS website. After spending $400 for the device about six years ago I feel I have been taken. Particularly when when the decision is they want to focus on apparel and golf equipment. This is golf equipment. I have sent and email and it has not been answered. Bottom line is I am not very fond of Callaway and see little reason to give them future business.
I have the Callaway Razr Fit Driver (Went up to the Fit Xtreme and Big Bertha Alpha, but back to the Fit because its the best I've ever hit). I also have the FT Optiforce 3 wood, 2013 X Forged Irons, Mack Daddy 2 54, 58 and 64 degree wedges, and an Odyssey Black putter. In my Razr staff bag. Callaway stands behind their products and has always treated me fairly. They are an awesome company with great people and the best products on the market!
Xhot driver, xhot 3 wood and 3 hybrid, n14 xhot irons. Absolutely love them. The wedges are my favorites (forged copper 52&58). Odyssey 2 ball blade putter is a game changer. Just got a matching xhot staff bag. Let a friend play with my clubs. Now he hits xhots. I plan on playing these for years to come. Great products!
I am lookingfor hybrid wood #3 n #5, any one can help or support me please.
I have your Razr X HL irons, a Razr black 4 iron, Razr X driver and several other Callaway woods and hybrids and love them all. Best clubs I've owned and played! Also use several varieties of Callaway golf balls and love them all...hex, warbird, and hex black tour x outs. Haven't found a Callaway product that didn't like! Keep up the great work!
Played with my new X-pros today, absolutely loved them. I highly recommend this purchase!
Been playing Callaway for three years. I currently play the optiforce 440 driver 9.5, optiforce 3 wood both with diamana blue board, x hot pro 2 hybrid with Fubuki ax 80, razr x forged in 3 thru 6 iron, razr x MB 7 thru PW with TT DG X100 shafts, MD wedges 52 and 58 TT S400 shafts and metal x 7 putter, just went to the SR 3 golf ball and don't plan to change. Callaway and Odyssey for life!
