"Putting The Joy Of The Game In Your Hands" unless you actually try to order from them on-line. I love the Callaway brand so this review is more for their shipping department. I've made several orders now and each order has had issues. Late shipping, paid for express, overnight and they did not ship or refund my shipping even after they promised. They change custom orders when out of stock with no notification. I ordered a specific grip and the "head" guy in fulfillment changed it to an entirely new grip, not even comparable... read more
Callaway is my favorite golf course and my favorite club
I love Callaway eq. My first Callaway set was Big Berthas. In 2000, I walked in Nevada Bob's and said, I want the best eq you have in the store, and that's when my love for Callaway started. I've upgraded my woods several times, but I still use the irons. I play f/ the men's tees. TY, Callaway!

Just stopped by to look for the additional weights for my #9 milled putter...great customer service, not only was the receptionist welcoming but she had an answer and the weights for me...great job Callaway ��
I contacted customer services on 13 th of September regarding a putter I had purchased earlier this year. The metal fascia had started to peel away from the fascia. I didn't want to go back to the online site because I was worried about the time it would take and how they would handle the enquiry. I find it amazing how I've used and stood by your clubs for years l. I just bought the xr driver a month ago. there was defect in the head which caused a dent from a ball struck towards the toe of the club two inches behind the face in the side of the club. I can't believe you want to charge people like me who bust there ass for a living to buy your outrageously priced clubs faithfully the price of a new one to fix it!!! Love Callaways Customer service. From a faceplate that came off my Odyssey putter, to a broken shaft on my 6-iron, to a hole in my hybrid, Callaway has come through and replaced them all. Can't say enough good things about you guys!
