Ordered my irons on May 22nd and I am still waiting. The retailer is doing all they can do to get status, but ultimately Callaway has a problem with their supply chain in getting the heads. I hope I get them before the season is over.
Just wanted to say how nice it is when a company stands behind its products the way Callaway does! I had a cracked driver that I purchased a little over a month ago so I contacted Danielle in customer service who took great care of me and got me a replacement driver in time for my weekend. Great job Callaway! You have earned my future business!

Class in every sense of the word. I've always been a Titleist guy, and side by side Epic out performs any driver on the market right now.
I just bought a new Dawn Patrol glove off Amazon from Callaway and the glove looks torn/unstitched between the fingers. It looks like it should be stitched there, but has come undone. Is this normal? Should I return for another one? Seems like shoddy craftsmanship, but I'm not sure. (Pictures in comments)
I can't believe it takes over a month to get a custom set of Callaway Apex Pro irons. Totally frustrated. First set of irons took two weeks to be delivered and they were not built to specs. Sent them back and now I am being told at least two and a half more weeks, WTH. I ordered titleist wedges at the same time and received within a week and a half, built to specs.
