I purchased 4 Mack daddy wedges and asked to return two, yet be aware you can not return unused wedges even though the reps say they will send you an RMA that is just a tactic. They will never send you an RMA, regardless how many times you call.
Bought new callaway x2 hot driver... However it didnt come with the adjustment tool.. Call customer service... Sending me tool for free and phone call took less than 2 minutes. Never experienced that before. Great job
Just got my set of Callaway irons yesterday and will be headed to the driving range this weekend. I'm looking forward to getting back into golf after making the mistake of drifting away from it.

I upgraded my entire golf set to all Callaway with an Odessy putter this year. Including new Callaway bag and Chrome Soft Truvis balls. Best decision ever!! I love the new Apex Pro 16 Irons. Great feel and stopping power. The Apex UT 21 degree is money off the tee in tight spots. The MD3 52 degree and PM grind 56 degree wedges make me dangerous from 100 yards and in. Callaway is garbage! Clubs are awful, pro staff stinks and golf balls are the worst ever made.
I bought a '14 Big Bertha Driver about 9 months ago. It got a (very) minor crack on the back of the crown. Callaway sent me a brand new Great Big Bertha complete club. Above and beyond the call of duty.
