Superior to the other shops I was a little suspicious about all the raving here online...and had a great experience. What a pleasure to find an honest & talented shop. I had quotes from 2 close shops (that seem to be feeding *nicely* off rich collision insurance) and am thrilled I decided to try MBO. I'm certain the work is equal to or superior to the other shops, the price was fair, and the experience was first rate.
They deal real well with insurance companies I had a small collision to my car and live south of lovely Campbell. I found Modern Bench Operation Collision by searching online (what else) and it was a great decision to use them. Easy to find, close to home, and Pete and crew were great. Time for repair was accurate, work was excellent and experience could not have been better. Any issue I had was quickly addressed and corrected to my taste and I can be picky. fast service I got backed into at a mall while I was moving through a parking lane by somebody who obviously REALLY wanted to catch that sale, damaging the entire right side of my car. Modern Bench and team fixed it in 5-6 days, and at a cost that was either below or equal to other local shops.
Great job MBO did such a great job on my car. My car looks brand new again! Thanks for also cleaning my car. My rims are no longer brown and for my rental too.
You will not be disappointed. Hey ya’ll this is going to be one of my first reviews. Yay Me. After my SUV had a fight with a parking structure and lost, my bumper was caved in and there was a BIG dent on my fender which was rusting. I hadn't wash my car in months, because I I didn't want it to rust even more. Needless to say, it wasn't looking so nice. At least I have a garage, so it could have been worse. A+ Service This facility gets an A for good old fashion customer service and showing genuine courtesy and kindness to me. I was visiting from Southern Calif on my way up to San Francisco to run a marathon when I got into a car accident. I was broadsided and the explorer I was in was not drivable. Clean car Last time, I sent my car to this shop for repair, and bump area has many scratches, so they need repaint, it takes 1 day than estimate because Josh told me they accidentally dropped the painted bump, so they need 1 more day to re-paint. Josh dealt with insurance and car rental company, and returned me back a very clean car. I had an accident this week, will try this shop again.
