Decent Repair Shop. I took my car here after getting into an accident. The staff was friendly and the price for repair was affordable. It ended up taking them a few days longer to repair my car than they had originally quoted but other than that, they did a good job.
Recommend to anyone I know I want to thank Bret Harris for all his help in getting my car repaired from the recent hail damage. It was a real pleasure to have him as my point of contact. He was very professional throughout the entire process and I really appreciate his effort in keeping the repairs to the 'paintless' type, and he also eased my concerns in leaving my baby at Craig's! I will certainly recommend Bret and Craig's Collision to anyone I know!
Slow service We took our car into Craig's following an accident. It ended up taking them close to 6 weeks to get a small rear end job done. They kept having to call the insurance company back out to add more to the estimate. They offered us no rental car in exchange for keeping our car so long.
Messed up my car I came in for some soft body damage. The body guy did a nice job but the person who painted it left drops of paint on the hood and painted over dust or something, the paint was just bad. I said something about it and they fixed and had it ready the next day. But they messed with my engine! i must have complained to the wrong guy. Car looked just like new Took my Honda CRV in for a dent caused by a deer. They discovered additional damage that the estimator did not find and negotiated the repair with my insurance company without me having to get involved and causing me additional time. I would definiately recommend them for their quality of work.
Very quality work I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Summit Collision. Over the years I have recommended them to many friends who have also taken their vehicles there. Very good to get vehicles back to in a timely manner, and look good as new when you get them. Very highly recommend this business.Also, customer service is great. As a woman in an auto body shop. I was very impressed.
Good Experience Great experience! Never fun to have to get body work, but they were easy to work with. Took care of the insurance details and the car looks great. Took a little longer than anticipated, but it wasn't a problem.
