Exceeded my expectations I went to MBO after a unfortunate experience. I drive a 2001 BMW M5 and it is important to me that this car is taken care of. From the first moment I walked in, Pete, the owner, took care of me and took care of my car. Carl a manager went out of his way to ensure me that my car was doing OK when I would call every day and Carl would tell me of the progress and take the time to reassure me. I will definitely be returning!!! They have exceeded my every expectation.

This is a great place This is a great place. I've unfortunately had my parked car hit twice and was rear ended while at a stop. This is over a 6 year period and in all cases I've used this shop. Very nice staff and beyond that they do excellent work. My car suffered some significant damage in once accident and unless you looked up my Carfax. To this day you'd have no idea. Awesome place that I highly recommend.
I'll be back many times I've been doing business with these folks for 13+ years and even now I drive 50 miles just to have body work done at MBO. These guys have fixed minor fender-benders on my kids' cars and rebuilt my Lexus after a really bad accident. The work is done when promised. They know how to deal with insurance companies and they have a good rental car company nearby which works in conjunction with them. Super friendly Everyone here is SUPER friendly and helpful and they did an amazing job on my Jeep. Got it back within one week and looks brand spanking new and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend MBO and if anything ever happens to my Jeep again, god forbid, I would definitely take it back there. Thank you SO so much MBO!!!
