Superior to the other shops I was a little suspicious about all the raving here online...and had a great experience. What a pleasure to find an honest & talented shop. I had quotes from 2 close shops (that seem to be feeding *nicely* off rich collision insurance) and am thrilled I decided to try MBO. I'm certain the work is equal to or superior to the other shops, the price was fair, and the experience was first rate.
Thanks guys I would certainly recommend Modern Bench to anybody who needs body work done on their vehicle. I have taken my car in several times whether it is for removal of a scratch or serious collision repair. These guys do a great job at a fair price with speedy turnover. My family has been using them for years and we have always been pleased.

A+ Service This facility gets an A for good old fashion customer service and showing genuine courtesy and kindness to me. I was visiting from Southern Calif on my way up to San Francisco to run a marathon when I got into a car accident. I was broadsided and the explorer I was in was not drivable. Clean car Last time, I sent my car to this shop for repair, and bump area has many scratches, so they need repaint, it takes 1 day than estimate because Josh told me they accidentally dropped the painted bump, so they need 1 more day to re-paint. Josh dealt with insurance and car rental company, and returned me back a very clean car. I had an accident this week, will try this shop again.
They made it easy Last week I was rear-ended in a slow lane on I-5 by a woman who simply wasn't paying attention - she flew and hit me at 70+ MPH. Totally ridiculous. My car's rear end was completely messed up, and I told the insurance adjuster that I wanted to take it into Modern Bench. I've never had body work done there, but know people that have. This is the place The front bumper of my 1998 Mercury Mountaineer was mangled in a wreck so much as to render the car undriveable. A less honest body shop coulda taken one look at it and said "you gotta let us replace it, and it'll be 8 or 9 hundred bucks." But this is a 1998 with 200,000 miles on it - not a vehicle you wanna drop that kinda money on for just the front bumper.
