Very professional job Just wanted to say thank you for yet another very professional job with one of our autos. I believe that we have each had our autos in for collision repairs 3 times and your work has been absolutely fantastic. Your staff is very professional and the work done by your shop is without question the best that we have ever received in 30+ years of German car ownership. It's no wonder that the insurance companies are comfortable having you do the repairs for their clients.

Clean car Last time, I sent my car to this shop for repair, and bump area has many scratches, so they need repaint, it takes 1 day than estimate because Josh told me they accidentally dropped the painted bump, so they need 1 more day to re-paint. Josh dealt with insurance and car rental company, and returned me back a very clean car. I had an accident this week, will try this shop again.
This is the place The front bumper of my 1998 Mercury Mountaineer was mangled in a wreck so much as to render the car undriveable. A less honest body shop coulda taken one look at it and said "you gotta let us replace it, and it'll be 8 or 9 hundred bucks." But this is a 1998 with 200,000 miles on it - not a vehicle you wanna drop that kinda money on for just the front bumper. I was so impressed when I went to pick up my car yesterday - after being called to find out that the work was finished sooner than expected, this is certainly not the type of service you expect from an auto shop. On top of all this, the employees that I dealt with were really friendly and very attentive.
