A+++ I was referred to Modern Bench Ops. by Safelite Auto Glass (A+++ company). I am totally pleased with the work done. Everyone I spoke with is polite and professional. The turnaround time was 2 days, yippie. They are all about customer satisfaction. Modern Bench Ops. is a A +++ company in my book.
they also go the extra mile to make the job right. This is a great body shop, it was recommended by a friend and I have had great work done by them on more than a few occasions. First of all, their strength is that they are a very practical and clean shop, they do what they need to do and don't oversell you, in fact, they often come up with a best case scenario. Everyone treats you not only in a helpful and respectful way, but they also go the extra mile to make the job right.

Exceeded my expectations I went to MBO after a unfortunate experience. I drive a 2001 BMW M5 and it is important to me that this car is taken care of. From the first moment I walked in, Pete, the owner, took care of me and took care of my car. Carl a manager went out of his way to ensure me that my car was doing OK when I would call every day and Carl would tell me of the progress and take the time to reassure me. I will definitely be returning!!! They have exceeded my every expectation.

I'll be back many times I've been doing business with these folks for 13+ years and even now I drive 50 miles just to have body work done at MBO. These guys have fixed minor fender-benders on my kids' cars and rebuilt my Lexus after a really bad accident. The work is done when promised. They know how to deal with insurance companies and they have a good rental car company nearby which works in conjunction with them. If I could give this place more stars, I would If I could give this place more stars, I would. Modern Bench really goes the extra mile for their customers. I was so impressed when I went to pick up my car yesterday - after being called to find out that the work was finished sooner than expected, this is certainly not the type of service you expect from an auto shop. On top of all this, the employees that I dealt with were really friendly and very attentive.
