Friendly I got rear ended in my Prius at a stop light and took my car to Modern Bench Ops to get it fixed. They were incredibly friendly and dealt with the entire insurance mess with Mercury insurance. I was given an enterprise rental car at no cost during the time it was being fixed. The bumper apparently did not meet Josh's standards when it came back from painting so he had it repainted. The car now looks as good as the day I bought it.
Would definitely recommend them Had my car run into on a hit and run, took it to Modern Bench and the car was fixed in no time. Thanks to Carl and Eddie for their speedy and professional service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs body work. Thanks MBO!!!!!!!
Great service They go the extra mile for the customer. While the work took longer than originally estimated Josh kept me informed and took care of all interactions with the insurance company and the car rental. The car was cleaned inside as well. After receiving the car I notified them of a dead battery issue and they promptly took care of it on a Saturday! Tested the battery and replaced the years old battery on the spot. If I ever need any bodywork done again this is where I am going and share my experience.
Wow! I would have to say "WOW"!!! they do exist. Its hard to find a shop that cares the way this one doe's. First the employees, very professional very customer friendly very polite. Nice Karol and Tamara hooked my car up !!! the paint on my new Chrysler 300 look like it was fresh off the lot they even cleaned the inside of my car witch it needed .they finished it before the promise time witch was nice . Exceeded my expectations I went to MBO after a unfortunate experience. I drive a 2001 BMW M5 and it is important to me that this car is taken care of. From the first moment I walked in, Pete, the owner, took care of me and took care of my car. Carl a manager went out of his way to ensure me that my car was doing OK when I would call every day and Carl would tell me of the progress and take the time to reassure me. I will definitely be returning!!! They have exceeded my every expectation.

A+ Service This facility gets an A for good old fashion customer service and showing genuine courtesy and kindness to me.
