Matthew P., working at this Ferry Terminal makes the 5 stars that this Ferry terminal did not achieve today for me. I forgot my wallet at a gas station on the Isle of Skye and only had 200 Euros. I asked the lady at the card cashier and the boss (obviously) but they refused any help whatsoever- means I would have had to take another 3 hors drive which would have added to the 3 hours I drove already - and - they did not even care to sell a ticket! I would have left them all my 200 Euros and my passport as security or paid 100... read more
Ferry was 5 minutes early but very efficient.
Overal good experience! Took the ferry from Mallaig to Armadale. The welcome on the terminal could have been friendlier but the other process was very good
Bis 13 Uhr, war wegen dem Wetter nicht an eine Überfahrt zu denken. Danach haben die Jungs geschuftet, um das alles irgendwie wieder auf die Reihe zu bekommen. Hut ab! Wir 14.40 Abfahrt , waren sogar fast schon wieder Pünktlich im Plan.
