We had left it last minute to book tickets from Brodick to Troon, so we’re very lucky the lovely lady in the ticket office was there to help us after being in a standby lane , which meant we didn’t need to wait in the car for 2 hours. Going above and beyond with service. And all CalMac staff we’ve come across on our journey over to Bute, mull and Iona and back were so pleasant and professional. I do however recommend booking in advance to save the stress!

Very efficient and courteous
Ferry staff are so professional and helpful despite the obstacles of poor weather or mechanical difficulties facing them. I've always been met with a smile and help when trying to get us on a ferry or changing a booking. For visitors - please treat staff with respect - their day is frequently long and stressful. They are doing their best. Lovely, clean facilities too.
