The ferry the staff were helpful and friendly

Last minuet changed my booking to be 2.5hours earlier and from a different town and could not even promise I could get back home. terrible costumer service, just said they cant help and I would have to see what I can find online. No offer of transport links between to the new town they have forced me to travel to and absolutely no compensation. If you buy a ticket from this lot dost assume you even traveling from the same town never mind time, useless.
