Had been struggling for a few month with a persistent pain in my right calf when running. Booked a session with Jacquie who identified the issue, carried out treatment working on the tightness of the muscle group and gave me advice on stetching and strengthening the area. A few days later I was running pain free for the first time in months. Very impressed with the level of service and treatment provided by Jacquie and would not hesitate in recommending her services for anyone requiring sports injury advice and treatment.
Been to seen Jacquie and Ross both and couldn’t recommend them enough. Any niggles worked out and given exercises to do which will prevent them re occurring. Getting myself booked back in ASAP!
Jacquie at Dumbarton Clinic has been amazing in helping keep me injury free whilst training for a variety of running events. She always does a great job of addressing any muscle tightness or niggles when I go in and stops them escalating. Not only that but the advice she offers around stretching and exercises for prevention of issues has been invaluable 👌🏻 Really recommend booking in with Jacquie for addressing any injuries or for maintenance to prevent injury!
