Disgusting behaviour from the reception, accusatory remarks whilst trying to get an appointment with the doctor. Why is it impossible to book an appointment over the counter? Extremely rude, racist and unprofessional.
Three girl work in the reception it’s really really racist.
First visit, but like all the surgeries within the Heaton Moor Medical Group, spotlessly clean, very modern and up-to-date and wonderful Dr's and staff.
