Very good hospital I had two operations there and very nice staff too and its a better hospital as well
Fantastic staff and a very thorough and caring service particularly in MSDEC and the privately but NHS funded Locala OPAC team, brilliant!
Always been brilliant but turned up today just after 4p.m only to be told they close at 4.30p.m. & couldn't see me.This was totally untrue as 4 other people still in waiting area. Website states open until 4.50p.m. I'm reliant on a lift & can't get there until after 4, which has never been a problem. This is for acre Mills reception as much as department.
Hospital number 460478 just completed a short stay in HRI block 2 basement floor and would like to pass on my thanks to all the staff and support they have given me, nothing was ever too much and always greeted with a smile, you read so much bad press about the NHS but personally I have never experienced this locally, always great service, well done to HRI & Calderdale.
