I have always loved this place! My entire family indulges in a cupcake from there every so often and order special occasion cakes every year. I live in Missouri now so I don't go often but boy do I get the cravings! One of a kind. Not sure about customer service. I mean it is Griffin, GA
I've used them for six Birthday cakes now..always delicious and just as I pictured!
Went in ahead of time to sample the cake before placing an order for my gender reveal party. The vanilla cupcake I had was delicious. Unfortunately, my cake that I ordered tasted nothing like it. The frosting was really good, but the cake was really wet and spoungy like and tasted like salt water. Customer service was good and so was the design on my cake, but I would not order another cake from them.
