I have used The Cake Box for years. I have ordered probably 40 cakes for all occasions and I have never had a problem. My guests always rave about how good the cake is. They always are willing to accommodate me on any design I come up with. Great job!
The cake box made the cake and cupcakes for our wedding. They delivered the cake and cupcakes and shorted us almost 50 cupcakes. However they denied doing this even though our caterer counted them shortly after they were delivered. No refund! It takes a special kind of person to rip off people on their wedding day!!
I've had these cakes at various parties over the years, but never personally ordered one until my daughters first birthday. I emailed a picture of how I wanted the cake to look, and they nailed it! Not only was it absolutely adorable, but as always, it was sooooo yummy! I recommend them very highly!
Our daughter's 13th Birthday cake was delicious! Much better than a Publix or WalMart cake!
Just called cakebox bakery to get a cake for my husband's 86 bday she could care less about. Helping me. Really sad for griffin

I'm sorry you feel the need to leave a bad review , but I would like to tell the whole story ... You asked about a cake for Sunday (when we are closed) and I preceded to tell you we are closed you'd need to pick it up Saturday . You stated you didn't know how you could pick it up and hide it till Sunday so you'd have to do something else . I would have been glad to make you a cake during business hours. I hope you found what you needed . Have a blessed one
Nasty and rude cake taste spoiled and musty. If they make the mistake they WILL NOT ATTEMPT to correct their wrong colors,nasty taste and nasty and RUDE BAKER!!! #BoycottTheCakeBox
