The first and only cake I ever got from this bakery tasted like fish oil. Yuck!
I wish I could review this bakery no stars. Completely unhelpful, rude attitude. Condescending even. I wish we had not even wasted our time pricing a wedding cake there. This establishment seriously needs to obtain employees that have any idea what customer service is. The one we dealt with is going to harm your business. No cupcake or cake is going to taste good enough to make up for a serious lack of respect. It's obvious she, (the counter woman with blonde hair and glasses) has little to no respect for your customers.
I've read the "not so good" reviews, but that was not my experience at all. I have ordered several cakes for different occasions over the last 3 years and 2 were wedding cakes for my daughters. These cakes were absolutely beautiful! We had no complaints whatsoever and they were simply delicious! Please continue to supporting this business and the great work they do!
RecommendedI found The Cake Box Bakery by mistake when our local bakery shut down and I needed a last minute birthday cake. I have now gotten multiple cakes from on multiple occasions and I'm never disappointed! They some how even turn my last minute rush orders into delicious masterpieces! The half hour drive from where I live is worth it and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.
