Not sure if I should go here way way too many bad reviews and people talking saying awful stuff about your buisness im not going to take a chance
The last cake I purchased was horrible! It was gummy! It had egg shells in it! After tasting it, not one person ate any more of it. We went to return the whole cake, slices and all, and we were met with an attitude. They didn't care that they ruined what should have been the focal point of the birthday party. Horrible service!
Wedding Cake, Birthday cakes, you name it, they have done mine since day one and I wouldn't go to anyone else! Always a happy customer!
Just picked up my son's 1st birthday cake and I'm in love with it. The girl that took the order was new back a month or so ago but for the first time of her doing the ordering part she did great. She had everything I wanted down right. I was iffy at first but great job. I can't wait to eat it tomorrow I know it's going to be as good as my wedding was. Thanks again.
Those chocolate chip cookies tho... I've been buying Kroger bakery ones for some my customers (I know, that's horrible)... I totally have a new place to get cookies! If I don't eat them all first!
We ordered my nieces first birthday cake & they "lost" the order & said oh we're sorry but we don't have time to make it now! The party isn't until one tomorrow they had plenty of time to rectify their mistake & did nothing! We will all take our business elsewhere in the future! Thank god another business that cares about customers is making the rush order! Mind you we've all used them for years & that's how we were treated!

100% untrue. IF we had made a mistake we would have gladly fixed it. However our policy is we require a deposit which was never made, only an inquiry via email. And we did offer what we had time to do just to be nice ,and was Turned down.
Linda from cake box bakery did a fantastic job on our daughters birthday cake! I highly recommend this place!
