Now trading under a new name but formally Caister Builders the owner Mike Phillips took nearly £20,000 which was left to complete the job but never came back and left us in a real bad sutuation.He left the garden like a building site and never completed the inside of the extension or finished the garden, the flat fibre glass roof we had done was of very poor quality, we didn't even get a guarantee for our Velux roof window. We later found out from other builders the job was way over priced.

Phone to arrange appointment for a quote said would phone me back that day been nearly 2 weeks no call if this is how they perform for just a quote how would they be if they started a job sorry no star rating at all
