Uncaring, defensive staff and an appointment system that puts patients at risk. I’ve finally left this practice after repeatedly being let down by their appointment system and the dismissive attitude of the staff. Getting a GP appointment within a reasonable timeframe is near impossible — even when the issue is urgent. Waiting several weeks seems to be the norm here.
Don’t waste your time
Can’t fault the actual GP and reception staff seem nice but I have had nothing but issues regarding the pharmacy team. It’s a different story every time I call and ask if my prescription is ready. Between my current issues and last year having to go 2 weeks with no anti depressants because of a mix up with the pharmacy team last year I am beyond frustrated but don’t want to change practice because everything else is fine.
