Zero stars Awful clinic, awful experience. Management do not care nor follow up on complaints. I had an extensive procedure at the clinic. The external team I used were great, the post care at the clinic with their staff was foul. Their post recovery nurse was so rude, her level of care and attention was zero. No care, empathy or support - her only objective was to see you leave. The toilets were unclean, note I had to clean myself.
