This apartment complex is understaffed and not very responsive, upon numerous voicemails and emails. The office only answers their main line phone sometimes. They will also not give their corporate contact information upon request, to submit a complaint. I only lived here for a couple months and in that time, they gave my parking spot away that I was paying for monthly, the elevators broke every other week and it took days to reconcile and fix, and a skunk got into the elevator, not to mention there is no parking for guests.... read more

Our property manger from Greystar at ************* apartments in ******** **.-Doesnt answer the phone -Doesnt reply to emails -Closes work orders without performing repairs -Doesnt answer the leasing office door during business hours -Does not enforce Greystar property guidelines

I have called and emailed over 20 times!! Not one return call or email!!! I left *********************** in ****************. They still havent returned my security deposit!!! They have terrible reviews and I see why! Do not rent anywhere Greystar is a part of

I moved out of the property called Generations ******* managed by Greystar Property a year ago and I still have not received a balanced owed to me. The assistant manager and manager have not been able to resolve the matter after several communications and have ignored my emails since. Reached out to corporate office and they gave me the email of the regional manager and all they did was forward my email to the manager thats hasnt been helpful at all. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY: GREYSTAR OWNED APARTMENTS. I moved from this place last year and Greystar (having just purchased the place) is one of those parasitic evil companies that prey on the poor and less fortunate. The apartment upon move in was disgusting, hvac filthy, mold in the bathroom, a terrible MOUSE INFESTATION and they had the audacity to try and charge me over $1700 ON TOP OF LOSING THE SECURITY DEPOSIT UPON MOVEOUT. I was retaliated against and given a notice to vacate, due to a situation with the lady in the front office named ******. The situation had nothing to do with her initially. Her daughter caused damages to my vehicle, i was so kind an willing to work with her, instead of doing what is right I received a knock at my door with a notice to vacate. This is regarding my security deposit for the Brio apartment in Glendale, CA. The apartment office emailed me about my deposit refund and deducted $3,685 out of the total $3,900 including $3,150 insufficient notice fee. I have multiple forms of proof of my notifying the apartment at least 2 months ahead of time including: 2 emails to Joseph Queuedo with him confirming that he would reflect this on the record, also 3 in person office visits talking to the office people, and we submitted move out notification on the Brio apart... read more

WARNING: I never signed a lease and was charged a $150 admin fee just for applying!!! Scammers. I've applied to many rental properties in the past and have never been charged to hold an apartment after simply applying for it. I strongly advise anyone to not even apply. Hold on to your money and apply with a company that truly understands property management.

Absolutely terrible management. I used to live at Broadstone Grand apartments, which is now known as The Aubrey. When I lived there, the property management was great - but now the new management is terrible and unprofessional. Upon my move out in Sept 2021, I never received any certified mail regarding move out charges or an itemized deductions list. Thirty-three days after my move out, I received a phone call from the leasing office that I still owed move-out fees. I paid the same day with a check, to be in good standing. ... read more
