Update (July 2025) - Cadeby continue to be amazing in dealing with any issues that arrise. Nothing is too much trouble and I hear nothing but praise for the team when visiting my parents. Update: Whilst I stand by my previous comments regarding the house buying process with Cadeby, the after-care has fallen a significant way short in the time since. Current residents have been repeatedly misled with regards to the ongoing development on 'Phase Two' of a site that was never advertised as anything other than a small bespoke development, let alone one that would have multiple phases and access through this small development. Update Nov ‘24 Still no sign of finishing off the roads in the development some 3 1/2 years since we moved in and over 4 years for some residents. Awfully arrogant and self- centred company, as evidenced by their flagrant disregard for planning conditions. I would never buy a new house from them again and suggest others think twice about doing the same. Buyer beware.
