Worst emergency care for kids!! Never try it.
3 hrs with no feedback and a progress board that is pure spin only serving to agitate everyone. Looks like I’ll be hear for a very long time
I was not aware this was a private hospital, I was throwing up blood and my nose was dripping so I just went closest hospital when it stopped. It’s 3am obviously I look horrendous I did not care to fix myself I just needed help. I go through the first desk and she takes all my details, then I get sent to the second desk she looks at me like I’m trash and says … ‘you do realise this is a private hospital’ and taps the little sign with $510 to be seen. All they care about is taking the emergency department fee, which is $510 out of pocket. The person who handled my administration must have been half asleep. If you’re reading this, you’re absolutely useless. You got all my details wrong, and you didn’t even give me any instructions on where to go. I waited impatiently until I couldn’t wait any longer, and only when I asked did you tell me I needed to come in. Terrible, terrible service from an administrative standpoint.
