Very good service. Answered emails promptly and made arrangements to measure up and bring samples to my home. Very polite and friendly staff. The lads came to fit the underlay and grippers and carpet today. Prompt timing and very polite helpful and chatty. Highly recommended and will use in the future.

Very unhelpful. Could not or would not answer any of my standard questions. Very little customer care. Went elsewhere got much better service and price.
Was very pleased with the service I received from Cabot carpets southmead. Carpet laid beautifully and carpets fitters very friendly and got on with the job. 10/12/23. Will return for my next project to have my floors done.
