Just received our double bed Cabbunk after just 4 days (we live in the Netherland) we can now take it on our weekend break! absolute briljant and fast service (had some questions) and the kids absolutely love the beds (and we love the gained space! Thank you cabbunk! This is how a company should be!
What a pleasure to deal with! In short: cabbunk arrived and didn't quite work with my specific setup, so I visited the team and they spent 2 hours with me coming up with a plan and remade a brand new bespoke cabbunk custom fit for my setup - at no extra charge. Sadly when it arrived it still didn't quite work, not their fault - my seats didn't have a racking system, so I couldn't tension it and get it perfect. So they immediately gave me a full refund. Visited Cabbunks this morning Richard demonstrated fitting the bunks to my van. Very impressed with the product and Richard was helpful.
Took the Grandson out in the motor home this weekend and made use of our new Cabbunk. Really easy and simple to fit and grandson loves his new bed. Great piece of kit. Would highly recommend
