Been renting with CP Walker since February this year. They have been so supportive and helpful. Any maintenance problems within the house have been sorted incredibly quickly, I reported a dripping tap in the kitchen and the plumber had been and sorted it within 3 hours. They’re also always on hand to answer any questions we may have. Really good agents.
Me and my housemates were tenants for our final year as students at UoN. The house had some problems on arrival which weren't CP Walker's fault, but they were sorted very quickly, which was great to see. They've been the best letting agents I've been with while renting at uni for 5 years. Would definitely recommend their services.
