Treatments can be booked as single appointments, or booked as a session of treatments, for maximum relaxation benefits. Appointments at my treatment room on Blackstock Crescent, Gleadless, just off the southern side of the Sheffield ring road. Please note,ladies only&I do not operate a walk-in service, treatments are by appointment only.

I had an aromatherapy massage with Catherine which was an hour and half of heaven! The whole experience was perfect. She was professional yet friendly which put me at ease. Her room is gorgeous so it felt like I was in a spa. The treatment flowed so well, I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout. It felt very luxurious and the pressure was just how I like (I’m quite particular). Looking forward to coming in again soon.
I recently experienced a pregnancy massage with Catherine and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. Catherine made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the session.The massage itself was amazing, focusing on areas of tension, and using soothing oils that smelt divine. In fact it was so relaxing I fell asleep!! I will definitely be booking again before my little one is due.
Lovely, friendly, professional service. I've been coming to Catherine for a year now every 6 wks. For my deep tissue back massage. Working from home and being a runner I love coming and getting my back worked on. Highly recommend
I love having reiki with Catherine. She is so gentle & the studio is so calming that I relax the minute I step in there.
