Been a “customer” for nearly two decades. Having had to deal with 14 rate increases in 14 months which they say they have no control over and blame the BOE, rubbish, they Don’t have to apply an increase. I pay monthly payment for past 2 decade through my trading as name and now they say they can’t take payments from a company , again rubbish . They have been taking it for nearly 20 years. Had a mortgage with this company for years.. totally unprofessional. They give misleading advice and take ages to reply to any communications. They like to portray themselves as a caring/ understanding mortgage lender, but there was no evidence of that at all. They gave us a final settlement figure when we finished our mortgage and then came back to us TEN days later to say they had given us the wrong figure…Requesting another £1500.. says it all really! Avoid them at all costs!
