Avoid this care home residents get attitude from manager (Emma) shouts at residents and intimidates them Emma Garner Jones intimidates all the residents and is confrontational to the residents they are spoken to in a inappropriate way refused meds when they have every right to go on leave and does this in a way that antaganises the residents this home should be avoided if you want your mental health to improve and you want to be happy I would send anyone to this place at all it's not a mental health place
Bad mannered night staff (Joanne ) the manager and day staff is okay wouldn't recommend the care home at all
