they were absolutely amazing they helped me out severely and they got me into the car that I absolutely wanted so I couldn't say anything better about this place and Cody worked with me for a week straight helping me get everything done by myself so I didn't even have anybody with me he did a great job
I got a car from them and not even a week later my transmission was going bad. There was no dip stick where my transmission fluid should be and when I was stranded on the side of the road they said there was absolutely nothing they could do. I would have to wait till Monday to call their service place, but I’ve been calling the service place since it happened and I’ve never gotten an answer. I do not recommend J.D. Byrider to anyone.
