The service department at J.D. Byrider is the best. Anything I need done on my 2009 Ford Escape John makes sure he gets me right in and taken care of. John is number 1 in my book. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Kody was awesome. Didn't try to upsell or bargain into a different vehicle. Told him what we were looking for, he ran the info and said, "Ok, here are the options we have for you and this is what it would take for the vehicle you want." Quick and painless process and drove off the lot after signing the paperwork.

John Doty is an amazing mechanic and all his employees, they have fixed my 3 times and every time their something wrong with it they fix it! Their very understanding and try to help you the best that they can!
Went in to look at a 3rd row car I have never driven before. I asked to test drive it to see if I wanted to go forward with purchasing it. The man refused to let me test drive until I started the financing process and he was very rude about it. Definitely won’t be back here. Something seems shady.
John gave me great service on my truck as he always does. the service dept. is the best, so is John... thank you to JD Byrider service dept for all the great work you have given to me and my family also.. John has been a life saver several times and has always come through for me.. thanks again..
Got my car back today. 10 miles away from the shop and the same service light came on. Apparently starting the car and driving it to make sure it is fixed is too much to ask from mechanics.
