RecommendedKody was great, he gave me a lot of options. The manager was excellent. They made sure the car was right for me. I never felt pressured or obligated to make a purchase. Great atmosphere and people. I honestly recommend them.
I had to take my Ford Explorer to the service department because the engine was/is chugging, ticking, etc. After 5 hours I was told they did hear, see anything wrong with my truck. Unfortunately, this is the 4th vehicle I’ve gotten through JD Byrider and every time I try to use the warranty or have a problem with one of their vehicles there has never been a problem until I go somewhere else and have it checked and find out what the problem is.
