Bring my Prius here for recall services, and things dealer does best; this time I had the fuel system flushed which improved mileage. Expensive, but do good work. Comfortable waiting area with coffee, snacks but no Wifi. Reasonably fast scheduling and service. Won’t give up my usual mechanic (Firestone on N. High-awesome!) but don’t hate going to the dealer any longer.
Very accommodating to our needs. Went out of their way to make us comfortable when purchasing our vehicle.
Every time I'm in here they do a great job! always very nice and pretty quick on the most part. I stopped in after calling ahead today (7/25/19) because my tire pressure warning light was on, but tires seemed ok. Of course, screw in the tire. They squeezed me in and patched me up in no time. I'm extremely thankful for them!
Took my Sienna in for a few issues. The plastic around the windshield was coming up. They charged me $180 dollars for new plastic. Used the same pieces that were present to begin with. I had a friend look at it it, he works in the industry. Guess what it is loose again! So sad. Lost me and every one else I speak with.
Came in today not totally decided what I wanted. I hate dealing with car shopping, however my interaction with Robert Tackett today will have me returning.
