Best service department around! Not only is the service great but they serve you coffee and the most wonderful cookies ever! Tara and another gal in service ( wish i could remember her name ) thin blondish brown hair but very knowledgeable with assisting me with inside car button issues. I lease my cars from a Columbus dealership but would never have them serviced anywhere but Delaware Byers. Keep up the good work!!

Tara Farmer handled my initial call to schedule service. The next day Tara F. was there at my scheduled appointment. My concerns and services I had requested were handled timely and the information I requested was provided with out question. SERVICE AFTER THE LEASE ON OUR 2 CAMRY VEHICLES CONTINUES TO BE A POSITIVE FOR US AT BYERS!!

I've been having my toyotas serviced at Byers for years and have always had a great experience. No trouble making appointments and the only lengthy wait was for my 60,000 mi checkup which is to be expected since it is a major service appointment. I also appreciate the reminders sent via e-mail.
