Had a wonderful car buying experience with Rich. This was the first time I purchased a brand new vehicle (rather than used) and was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and awesome the service was. Both the salesman and the finance person stayed well after close to make sure I went home with my vehicle that night. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I purchased a used 2009 Mini Cooper S with 48,000 miles from Steve Smith at Byers Delaware in January. About 5 months (and the only needed oil change) later, the engine blew. I was told by the sales manager that there was nothing they could do because I bought the car "as is". I do understand this however, I feel as if Byers should be able to back the cars that they sell (for at least longer than 5 months).
