Dealer was a joke. They had a car for sale I saw online. Spoke with a salesman about price, agreed on an offer, filled out a credit application online, drove 3 hours to the dealership to pick up the car. Show up and the car that was originally suppose to have leather seats, heated seats, and navigation did not have anything on it. After the salesman spoke with the manager about the issue, he said he could go down $500 to offset the mixup from their advertising that they screwed up. Basically a slap in the face. Went today and test drove the 2014 Toyota 4Runner Limited. We loved it. Went in to negotiate a deal with our trade-in and came to a number we were happy with for our monthly payment. Did our financing app and were approved for financing. Were about to sign and move onto the actual financing/paperwork part only to have my husband notice that Christian, our sales guy, put in the SRS model into the system and not the Limited. "Whoops!
