I have purchased three Toyota Camrys from Byers Toyota over the years and would not go to any other dealership for a new car or service. The Byers salesman, Troy Snyder, was very informative about the new features on my new 2018 Toyota Camry and he set up my bluetooth connection for my iPhone. I recently had my first service at Byers Toyota on Thursday December 7th and I have to say that is the quickest service I've ever had on a vehicle. I have to also say that I've been working with Colleen Kofron for years now. I followed her from Germain Toyota of Columbus to Byers Toyota in Delaware where she is located now. Colleen is very polite, knowledgeable and gets you the best price possible. I can honestly say I have had nothing but a great experience from purchasing, to getting my Camry serviced! I have two vehicles from two different dealerships in town. The difference between the two are night and day! Toyota has never pressured me into buying things that are not needed. I am having numerous problems with the other dealership, and it makes me appreciate Toyota so much!! I will never buy another car from anywhere else!!!
My 2011 Toyota Camry has a visor that is broken. My husband did some research and found that there were issues with this. He stopped by, gave them our VIN and was told they would cover it, no problem. I took it in early morning, sat there for 45 minutes only to be told it would not be covered. We did not purchase the warranty enhancement. I understand that but why did one person, with our VIN info say yes and another say no? Please help your employees understand all of Toyota's restrictions on warranties. I still like Byers ... read more
