Byers Toyota is a great place to buy a car. A great place to buy a car: Bob Drollinger was and is an outstanding salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the used car that I bought, and he answered all of my questions and those of my husband as well. I have since called him on two different occasions with additional questions, and he has been most patient and helpful. I would highly recommend both Bob and Byers Toyota for your next car purchase.
Review on my new Rav 4 I was thoroughly satisfied with Byers. My sales person Charlie Lantz was very professional and honest. Yes I would recommend Byers Toyota. Although the loan person didn't hold up to his end of the bargin. He only gave me $4800. instead of $6000. for my trade-in and plus he promised me a GPR with my vehicle which I did not get.... Byers Toyota will go the extra mile My husband and I had a good experience at Byers Toyota in Delaware. We wanted to take advantage of the "Cash for Clunkers" getting rid of our Chrysler Town and Country for a Highlander Hybrid Limited. Our sales person Tim Hoey worked hard to find us a car that was under the maximum for the program; even though it meant Byers going to Fort Wayne Indiana to get the car. Byers Makes it Easy I worked with Dana Dicke on my recent purchase of a RAV4. The process was very easy and a non-pressure atmosphere. From the initial test drive to driving off the lot in my new car, I was amazed at how easily the deal came together. Nice Job Byers.
