Probably the worst buying experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. The sales rep (Tim Bidwell) was great, but their finance department is a joke. I had to go back 3 different times to sign paperwork for my trade in, of which took almost 4 weeks. I had to keep paying on my old loan because the finance department couldn’t get their act together. I was told by the GM that they would make it right, of which I still am waiting to see how they are going to “make it right”. Wouldn’t recommend them unless you go in with cash and ... read more
Awesome awesome experience! I had been in contact with Jeff and then attempted to buy the same vehicle at a dealership much closer to me. (Even though Byers was cheaper.) And we had a horrible experience. We left upset with no vehicle. So I emailed Jeff and asked him to please help after our nightmare and he was amazing.
