I had the misfortune of my rental property being transferred to the Cobham franchise of ByDesign a few years ago. The service has been astonishingly poor. Months waiting for missing rental payments with no response to desperate emails as I had to desperately find cash to pay for our mortgage. Now, after we switched estate agents, we are still waiting for a missing rental payment and our tenants are waiting for their deposit as Ben ghosts every email, text and call. Dear fellow Landlords, I do know this agent history and I am not recommending them as they are dishonest and not trustworthy whatsoever. Be careful with this people

Adam had been lovely and has rented our annex twice. Easy to talk to and very approachable for any concerns or for advice. Found us a tenant very quickly . Would recommend.

On entry the house and garden we rented through this letting agents at 56 Rydens Grove, Hersham, had not been professionally cleaned. We flagged this and were told to leave as we found it. We also noted other issues, such a back doors not working well which were never addressed for the 9 months of the tenancy. On exit, the inventory report was not sent to us until the landlord had already made a claim with the tenancy deposit scheme for cleaning the house and garden.
