Being a lover of fine jewelry, I can honestly say that BW James is a wonderful jewelry shopping experience. Not only do they have an extensive selection of bridal sets, but they also have designer gemstone pieces as well as a nice selection of estate jewelry. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in helping you make your jewelry selection. I’m so glad that Cleveland has such a lovely jewelry store and I’m sure that my husband and I will be repeat customers.

I want to brag on this company.... yesterday, random of course... I came in looking a hot mess with my best friend just to browse and look because an engagement is in my future and I specifically told several of my friends I want my ring custom made. I was welcomed with open arms, offered a drink, and the staff was very attentive and made me feel at home. I literally just wanted to drop in but ended up staying an hour or maybe longer! BW James provided me with an amazing experience! I had a ring that needed to go up by 4 sizes. Nobody else would give me a quote stating that it couldn't be done. My last attempt was BW James and they did not even hesitate to take on the challenge! The staff treated me like royalty and they did an outstanding job at a price that was far less than I expected. These folks know what they're doing and I would go out of my way to receive their expert knowledge and customer service in all my future jewelry needs!
