BW James is the best!! The staff is amazing and you can tell they truly care about their customers. My Fiancé and I bought our rings here and I’m so glad we did! They took the time to make sure we both got what we wanted at an affordable price. I wouldn’t recommend any other jeweler!

BW James jewelers is absolutely the best place for any jewelry you can ever imagine. Their prices can't be beat by Kay or Jared, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience today when we came in and upgraded my whole wedding band set. They even are able to get everything in by our wedding date which is in October. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an engagement ring or wedding ring!

Excellent customer service! My ring was resized and fits absolutely perfect and I was able to pick it up on the same day that I dropped it off. Definitely recommend!

Recently, I had a pendant made into a ring. I Was very cautious since this piece has considerable sentimental value to me. The final result was beyond my expectations and I couldn't be more pleased. To say the staff was helpful would be an understatement. Their customer service was amazing from start to finish and all with whom I came into contact went out of their way to be helpful and professional in assuring my satisfaction. Needless to say, I will be recommending BW James Jewelers to anyone who will listen to me.

The only place to look for a ring! I went to several stores before finding this place. They were super friendly and cared about what I wanted and weren't just trying to sell me the most expesive thing.. Selection was excellent and cant say enough good things about the staff.. You guys rock! Thank you for making her special day so excellent!
