Came in a couple times to check out wedding bands and they were so nice!! I went to other major retailers but I have had bad experiences before so I chose B.W. I am very pleased with my decision!! The two people helping me Broderick and Patricia were so kind and helpful!! They also cleaned my engagement ring and polished it while I was there even though it did not come from their store!

Although timing was off, they have gone above and beyond to make it up to me. My ring is breathtaking and even better than I imagined. The staff are the most wonderful part of the experience. For a truly one of a kind ring they are our new go-to place!

My fiancé and I went in today to find me a ring. I’ve never had a real ring before so I was very excited. I was not expecting to walk out with what I did. Patricia helped us the entire time and she was beyond amazing. I can’t thank these people enough. They asked several times if we wanted any refreshments. They were super nice and talked to us the whole time. I HIGHLY recommend BW James to satisfy your needs. Beautiful rings for even more beautiful prices!
