Stopped in BW James Jewelers today for the first time. Excellent excellent visit! Spoke to Pat Webb and she showed me around the store. Was super nice and super informative. Took in a pair of earrings to have them look at and they went over and above cleaning them for me. just really appreciated all that they did. Will definitely be going back.
