BW James Jewlers did an amazing job customizing my ring! Better than I pictured …the picture doesn't do it justice! I did order it through the holidays so it felt like it took forever to get it! But it was so worth the wait! I highly recommend them
Quality!!! My original engagement ring (from 10 years ago) was purchased at another reputable jeweler but when the prongs were damaged, I went to 3 other places to ask if they could change the setting to a smaller halo, but all gave me the same answer… No, due to the way it was made, it wasn’t possible.I was so sad because I LOVE the band and the ring is very sentimental so I didn’t want to replace the band. . . I went to this store because I had very little time to get an engagement ring and was hoping to pick one up before I left the next day. The woman that helped me (forgot her name, sorry) was fantastic and showed me a variety of rings within my budget and made the experience easy.
