Came in for an engagement ring and came out with everything decided in one go. BW James made it very easy to walk through, choose a ring that we liked and put together a quick custom order while my now fiancé thought we were just looking at pricing. I asked for a rush order and they delivered no problem. Had a successful surprise proposal all thanks to these guys. Me and my fiancé are overjoyed and pleased with the ring!

BW James Jewlers did an amazing job customizing my ring! Better than I pictured …the picture doesn't do it justice! I did order it through the holidays so it felt like it took forever to get it! But it was so worth the wait! I highly recommend them

Extremely happy-conversion of wedding ring to pendant. I gave my parents wedding ring to my son. He had BW James Jewelers convert it to pendant & added it to necklace that he gave to his daughter (our granddaughter). The occasion was the evening of the day he proposed to the love of his life. He also purchased her ring at BW James, and it is beautiful & she loves it!
